Brockham Church and Barn countryside wedding in the Surrey Hills by award-winning documentary wedding photographer Surrey & Sussex

It’s been a long time coming since I first met Amanda & Roger and they booked me to capture their wedding in a natural and authentic documentary style, so needless to say we were all very excited when the day finally arrived for them to tie the knot!

After capturing the bride & groom preps it was quickly time to head to the lovely and picturesque Christ church of Brockham where the couple had their wedding ceremony. The gorgeous bride arrived in style and the couple was radiant with happiness when they were finally pronounced husband & wife! After a festive confetti finale on the church grounds we proceeded to one of my favourite barn wedding venues in Surrey, Gildings Farm, aka Gildings Barns.

Naturally we took advantage of the lovely grounds around Gildings Farm for some natural and authentic couple portraits, as well as some family formals with the bridal party. Wedding breakfast was soon ready and we kicked off with some hilarious and emotional speeches! These make for wonderful moments and important memories so that after the big day the couple can cherish the memories by looking at their images, but hopefully re-live the emotions of the day as well.

It was a long time coming, but Amanda & Roger’s day was definitely worth the wait and not just because of their wedding day! They are wonderful human beings and made my job very easy so I hope this will not have been the last time we get to hang out together. Amanda & Roger, you guys rock!
