Defining Moments Photography will process your personal data:
• Because you wish to use her services and/or products and these personal data are necessary for the correct execution of the assignment;

• Information exchange related to the assignment and/or agreement via telephone and/or e-mail;
• Supplying of services and/or products;
• Administration and invoicing;

Defining Moments Photography will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the correct execution of the assignment and/or agreement and/or to oblige to a legal requirement. Duration of personal data storage
Defining Moments Photography will store your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to obtain the purposes for which the data collection was set out in the first place. This excludes the administration because of the legal requirement to retain these files for 7 years.
